ProSenectus is a multidisciplinary firm (legal and financial) founded in 2003, and it is specialized in offering financial solutions services to older people who need to increase their income through products such as reverse mortgages, lifetime incomes and guaranteed rent sales (lease backs), as long as they own real estate.
In this way, many of our clients have increased their income, being able to face needs such as paying a person to take care of them in their home, to satisfy the monthly payment of a residence or merely to enjoy an additional income that complements their pension.
